Hi, I’m Louisa, a Level 3 Personal Trainer based near Henley-on-Thames.

I work with people who want real results without the overwhelm of overcrowded gyms, complicated programmes, or cookie-cutter plans.

My sessions are challenging, fun, and always tailored to you. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing past a plateau, I’ll build a programme that fits exactly where you are right now.

I offer 1-1 training and 3-1 small group sessions from my fully equipped home gym.

Or if you’re looking for something different, join one of my Wild Wood Workout sessions in Peppard, whatever the weather!
